Shipping & Delivery
At this time, CR Music & Entertainment ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
All items will be shipped within 48 hours once “payment approval” has been received by CR music & entertainment.
All items
are shipped US Postal Service “First Class Mail” and product should be received
within 5 to 7 business days after order is processed. CR music &
entertainment only ships in the United States. Effective October 1, 2021 the USPS revised its service standards for certain First-Class Mail terms. Under the new service, First class mail delivery range will be expanded. This longer delivery time could delay your receipt of mail from us for your online orders.
*Please be advised of holidays and weekends as the, "approval" and "delivery" times can be delayed. Delays also can be significantly longer due to the Christmas Holiday Season. We will make every effort to process your order timely but cannot guarantee delivery times.
Sales Tax
CR Music & Entertainment charges New Mexico sales taxes for any merchandise ordered in New Mexico on this website as required by law.
Return Policy
CR music & entertainment must be notified within 48 hours upon receiving damaged or defective products. If the following requirements are met, a replacement CD/DVD of the EXACT same title and artist will be sent to the customer, at no additional charge.
CR music & entertainment must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt of product either via e-mail or by telephone.
All original contents must be returned to CR music & entertainment. This includes all graphic inserts, CD/DVD, and jewel casing.
Discontinued Items
Some products may be discontinued without any prior notification from direct manufacturer. In these instances, customers will have the option of a refund, or can use the amount originally charged towards another purchase.
Backorder Items
If a product ordered is out of stock, the item ordered will be sent out to the customer as soon as the product is received. If the backorder time is longer than 7 business days, the customer will be notified by telephone or e-mail.
